Steve & Angie -

Cypress Cove doesn't have any info or links on their site about becoming residents. You really need to visit here in person to get the ball rolling on that. What we did, since we knew some people who live here already, is to phone the front office and speak to the general manager first, and then we got in touch with the two Realtors who represent the homes in the Cove. They also provided a lot of good info.

As soon as we arrived on Thursday, our residential application package was waiting for us at the front desk, and we introduced ourselves to the front office manager. So there are procedures in place, but they just don't post all that info on their Web site.

Later,

Congrats on your Cypress Cove adventure, sounds like it's going well.

We've been all over their website and cannot find anything about buying a home there. Are we missing something? All we see are apartment rentals and camping. If you have a link it would be appreciated and perhaps useful to others.

If the Cove has a link on their site we missed, maybe they'd like to make it a bit more prominent.

Have fun, get sunburned!
